Kluv#0 Posted December 27, 2022 Share Posted December 27, 2022 I figured some may benefit from me sharing these two nice wrists exercises I did this A.M. 2nd time doing the Axle wrist rolls - FUN. Flexion (Forward) and Extension (Back) -former is a tad harder. Try to avoid axle touching body during the rolls. Massive burn and great way to finish a grip workout. Have done one arm Axle/FG, FGX Barbell ISO holds in the past and have started doing them again- great way to hammer wrists, lower arm, hands. 7 Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

I've been enjoying using fat gripz and doing behind the back wrist curls and reverse curls. Been properly motivated by the upcoming Wrist Wreckers Contest in March.
