Found out what seems to help gripper strength

So I’ve noticed something in the last couple of weeks and I think it might help gripper strength!

So there’s two types of crush, sort of..

and the second one goes like this, exactly like closing a bagel:

So I am not sure if you understand what I am trying to depict but I’ve realized getting stronger at the latter really boost gripper strength overall and especially in the last inches of the grippers.

Finger strength is the first 80-90% but I feel like the last bit is of course finger strength but even more so ”palm strength” 

Having the ability to produce force through your palm more so than through your fingers alone.

Any thoughts on this?
