climber511 Posted December 10, 2003 Share Posted December 10, 2003 I stopped at a retail weightlifting store today to try and buy some York plates. The guy behind the counter said that York has closed their foundry here and will start having everything made in China except the Olympic plates. Said he heard that the cast dumbbells will be made in China as well but will still be available - now whether or not he knows the whole story or not, I cannot say, but that's todays rumor.
