Roark
In the book store the other day as I was wandering about, I spied a copy of Health & Efficiency- a British title that has been around for about a century. My old copies were about exercise and contained some articles on the nudist lifestyle (as did The Superman). Anyway, this magazine was also from Britain, but seemed to be mostly in the nudism line, with little emphasis on exercise. It was poly-bagged, so all I could see was the cover, and did not want to lay out $8 to see a bunch of naked, out-of-shape folks. So, those of you in Britain, does the mag contain exercise articles as it used to, or has it been 'stripped' of those? And specifically have any grip articles appeared in recent years? This is a serious post, so thanks.
Guest kINGPIN
HAHAHAHAHAHHAHAHAHA A mate of mine had a stash of those under his bed!!!!! Mostly just a load of out of shape old ladies with tans sitting on nudist beaches. As far as exercise goes, not a lot from what I saw. Roark
Kingpin, Thanks. Isn't it odd how magazines evolve? Some show toned; some add a different wrinkle...
