bender
"Add 1" to your forearm in 30 days for $220." Interesting... I didn't know 1). Grip machines could do that. 2). They would cost that much.
ianders1
Just wondering here...as I've seen this site before...um...why would you need to strengthen your grip if you have their "1TonHooks", also available on the same site. It just seems kind of backwards to say that your forearm$ will be $tronger if you u$e our machine, but you still need these Lifting Hook$. But, hey that's just me and my sarcastic self wondering... I just haven't seen this much advertising B.S. this side of an infomercial or supplement ad. They might be great tools and all, but they seem expensive and they just raise all kinds of flags with me. Sybersnott
I have known about this device for about a month. It wasn't worth mentioning, so I didn't. No, I won't be getting one. And yes, price is a factor in that decision.
33wes
Syber: I recently saw several pics of your selection of grip related equipment on a strongman site. Impressive! What do you think of the Max Muscle forearm machine? Where did you purchase it and about what do they run for? Thanks for your time!
Sybersnott
33wes, About the Max Muscle Forearm Machine... I think it's really a grip machine, and it's a very deceiving piece of equipment! You don't put that much weight on it, and yet it seems like a lot. I got my MMFM at a local P.I.A.S. for a song... maybe 20 bucks or so?? I watched it for about three weeks before buying it. IMHO, if you can get one cheap, get it.
33wes
Syber...Thanks for the information. It definitely looks more like a grip machine rather than a device targeting the forearms. Wish the P.I.A.S . locally had one. I shall keep my eyes open for one in any case.
