2012년 기간 동안 비프빌더를 핀이 아닌 에폭시로 판매했던 기억이 보입니다.

I know CPW received one single shipment of grippers that were glued. Warren really wanted to move away from pins because drilling the springs is SO HARD on drill bits. Like, in some cases, drilling a single gripper used up a bit. (We saw this firsthand with our pinned-handle tribute.) So Warren experimented with glue over the years. He seemed to feel if he could torque the handle loose at all then the glue was inadequate so he never found one he liked. He spoke often of press-fitting handles as an ideal solution. We looked into that when figuring out Standard grippers and were advised it would be very difficult to pull off for a variety of reasons. So we also went the glue route. We also torque tested handles and felt if the glue was reaching a certain threshold then it was good enough. In the end, Warren stuck with pinned handles.
