What has the best carryover to gripper strength?

So for you advanced people, closing #3 and up..

What would you say has the best carryover to gripper strength, or if anything at all?

Share personal experiences but also science based research, anything is welcome!

Probably top end deadlift especially those who do a lot of double overhand. We have had a number of guys tear 3’s up who don’t do specific grip work but can easily rip 700+ easily closing once they have been shown how to set. For some reason it seems to trigger grip guys to tell them to get stronger in the prime lifts but that is still the smartest path.

So you’re basically saying, triggering the CNS🤔 

Interesting, never pulled more than +440lbs .. 700 is insane and forgive me for assuming but most if not all 700+ deadlifters are on the capri sun😔

440 is a pretty good starting point! I truly believe the mid 500s is accessible for nearly all men barring some kind of spinal injury- doesn’t come over night but it’s a worthy thing to strive for.
