Steel handle gripper

Steel handle torsion spring grippers are pretty rare (Silver Crush, the stainless really early CoC, some Tettings, FBBC), so I just wanted to share some info about this.
This gripper is made in Japan by a small business (Fukuhatsu Metal), so the springs are not the usual Chinese ones frequently seen on off-brand grippers. The handle diameter is 18.23mm (23/32"), so it's a narrow-handled gripper like the Grip Genies. The spread on mine is 76.5mm (3"). The weight of the gripper is 491 grams (1.1 LBS) - about the double of a CoC #3. It comes in two versions; "75kg" and "100kg" (whatever that means); I purchased the latter. At today's exchange rate, it was 27.5USD (4100JPY).

Pros:
- I really like the aesthetics of the spring and handles
- Actually, I don't mind that the handles are thinner than standard because while the range of motion is bigger, narrow-handled grippers are somewhat easier to close (for me anyways)
- I really like that it's heavy, it just feels good in the hands

Cons:
- The knurling could be much sharper for my taste
- The glue protrudes out of the handles a little bit (aesthetics)

If I would have to guess, the resistance of my "100kg" version is around RGC 170-175. But I can't close it without off-hand assistance, so I'm just comparing it to other, rated grippers.
