But where one handle is long (for negatives I guess), the only one I've seen besides the Little Monster you're referring to is the Silvis Frankenstein in mode 3. They basically start parallel and can be narrow. The sweep doesn’t exist and difficulty at the close skyrockets so they are great for heavy holds.
