Captains of Crush 3 Close within 1 month

Hi there lads and lasses, so exactly 5 weeks ago I started actually putting some effort into closing the Captains of Crush #3.

So I built myself a decent program and within a month I went from not being able to close the 2.5 to closing the CoC #3 and within 5 weeks I CCS closed it.

This is a normal work day work set (well into my 5th set already).

I will post a CCS close by the end of the week hopefully.

Note I have no original Iron Mind card so I use a credit card which I assume is same size.

I live in Sweden and won’t pay a 30 buck delivery fee from the US for a 2 buck card.

Hopefully it will suffice ..

Pretty confident I’ll get the 3.5 within christmas.

Nice!  If you want to get on the cert rosters before you do the COC3 cert, you might want to get on the Mash Monster ladder with the MM0, and the GHP cert if you have a GHP7, which can both be done by video with your own gripper (the GHP7 requires you to show some measurements).

I workout twice per week with singles, and end the workouts with pinch grip and wrist extensions :)

I can go in more depth later :)
