insane.warrior
Hello grip brothers! War is not an excuse to stop gripping. My second attempt to cert: gripper this time was much tougher than the last time. Even though I’ve got stronger, that wasn’t enough. I have closed the gripper during the third attempt but for a brief moment. This is why I refused to send the video back to Ironmind, I want to make certification as perfect as possible. P.S. calibration was not ideal, I know, have already adjusted my technique. But this is hell of a gripper! RGC is higher for about 4-5 lbs than on my hardest #3. Alex K
Such a tiny gap left! Considering it definitely was a hard #3, and you paused the card for a very long time, soon no #3 will be hard for you. Best of luck my friend, you will get this in no time! Edit: RGC calibration after cert attempt was remarkable, awesome way to present the real resistance of the cert gripper. First time ever done. insane.warrior
Thank you Alex Much appreciated! Yeah, I wish I could successfully close that bad boy and show the measurements but … Next time everything will be perfectly fine, hopefully
matek
Ah man of course it had to be a hard one! Regardless, it was extremely close! Good luck with your next attempt! 2
stranger
Wow! Awesome job man! I still remember your first attempt a few months ago and that was good! (In my eyes and the eyes of a lot of us on here) Also, love the calibration at the end. Have you cross calibrated Cannon to see the difference? Any way, still great work with the credit card over emphasis! 1

Yeah, I did My calibration shows smaller numbers, the difference is about 2.8 lbs. The rope I use is a little less than 1’’ wide, that is the reason. Plus, on the video, I did not align the rope with the handle’s end. To summarise: I kept the gripper squeaky (did not apply oil on the spring) and calibration multiple times showed 158.3 lbs, same result as my CPW rated Standard Co 161.
