For GripBoard users, though, I'd recommend that you get the hardest one first and only if it's too challenging, then get the next weakest. The easiest stuff is like chewing gum! ruffhans Posted November 25, 2003 Share Posted November 25, 2003 I have had the hard stuff. i feel it works well for your grip Try theese with it for all around hand strength trying to squezze through it as fast as you can. finger tip squezze try to flatten it out like your making a pizza, but with one hand. push fingers through and open hand as fast as you can for your extensores.
