Guest chips Posted November 18, 2003 Share Posted November 18, 2003 I have found that using foam pipe insulation wrapped around the bars I use has greatly increased the pump I get when I train. And I've noticed an increase in strength since I incorporated this into all my grip training. Anyone else try things like this? Feedback, give it to me!!
