Where are the Forearm Routines? (Mass)

Hi guys, are there staple routines on this site? I've been looking around and couldn't find anything.

 

I want to add some mass to my forearms, I also want to include levering..

Also, would Sledgehammer levering alone substitute for wrist flexion/extension? (Like wrist curls/wrist extension curls)

That’s what I did. It’s a great well rounded routine.

Yes, but i've gotten more into bending, but i'm recently using the hub again and using a modified version of Hornes routine.
