Looks like the dynamometer SilaRukov sells. They are made in Russia (unless there's some version of this dynamo that is made in Asia) and they have two version, digital and analog. I have the digital version. Quite nice dynamos for a decent price. They vary quite a bit, I think up to 4-5% difference can be expected. I have tried two different ones (both digital) and the difference was roughly 4%.

Regardless where it's made it looks to be the exact same design.
