Kluv#0
I figured this could help some people with a change of pace to their wrist pronation and supination training. Various ways to do this type of curl but this is the way I do them. Key points- do not use collars- you are trying to keep bar level, position hand approx. middle of bar and check ego at door as this exercise demands using very light weight but is very beneficial. 3

It has been a consistent part of my wrist routine from the start. In other news, I just got done taking down the Christmas tree- yeah buddy:)

I knew about the offset wrist curl but I didn't know about the offset barbell curl. I can imagine it being a great exercise for both wrist stability and wrist strength. I love watching your wrist stuff keep up the great work! Edited June 26, 2022 by DevilErik 1

king crusher
I guess I’m the odd duck. I just tried this yesterday for the first time in my life with the 2.5 on one end and hand exactly in the middle(if it’s not in the middle it would defeat the purpose I’m guessing) and I was much stronger with the weight on the pinky side.
