Use Levering to close CoC3 | Thin Lever

How you doing good people, so another day being me and having my own theories.

This one’s is somewhat from my own experience and as the title suggests, thin levering bar makes a difference in hand strength compared to a thick lever.

How do I know this?

Well, I can’t prove it BUT…

I’ve done thick back wrist levering for quite a while and yes it keeps my elbows and wrists healthy and strong and carries over to some things..

My objective is to close the CoC #3 on any given day, and I’ve closed it a couple of times ON/OFF without a set.

Altho I’ve realized that the only thing I did close to the period where I closed the #3 was to try “thin” bar levering, starting with lower weight and moving up slowly.

I’ve also noticed that feel ridiculously much stronger after doing levering with thin bar.

Also mind you I never go below 20 reps with levering no matter in which direction I go.

So my dragged out question to you lads would be, is there any truth to this?

Does it make sense at all and if so why?

Thanks a lot for your answers, feel free to spark a debate here💪🏽

Much love from a fellow “grippster and armwrestler”.
