I've been having a lot of pain in my left arm after working out with grippers in my right hand. I use my left hand to set the gripper then close it(or at least try to close it). 1-5 mins after my workout I get very bad pain on the top of my left forearm to my lower bicep and down my inner elbow. The pain lasts about 15-20 mins. :cry

Analyze how you are setting the gripper, and try to notice any differences you are doing to make that arm hurt.

Go to the movie gallery and see the different ways of setting and see if they will work for you. Mabey a different style will eliminate the pain.

Get a choker and use it until pain is gone.
