I came up with this idea for use  of V-bar last month. Really like this variation to change up from sledge holds. Try to keep level and grab bar from end. V-Bar is 24" and 21.8 LB. I also use this for supination work which is fantastic. Next week, I will share my review of the Tsunami Lat Bar that just arrived- awesome bar.

  • 3 weeks later...

2" V-Bar Front Deadlift (Left Hand) 7/10 Difficulty level but satisfied with not much tilt off ground. If one was curious and had no V-Bar this is slightly harder than 8 LB Stamped sledge DL.

Good job!

You can also do this with an olympic dumbbell and load it with plates on one side. I used to do this in the past.
