Kluv#0 Posted March 19, 2022 Share Posted March 19, 2022 (edited) On a whim tried this for first time. Used silencer in consideration of family(5:20A.M. Saturday) in case I dropped during transfer. Bar/hands never touch body. Second video 29 seconds without silencer pads. I know others could do much more/longer hold but I had never seen this before.
