Not great form but this was first time trying these. I used to do lots of single arm towel hammer curls and using both arms would be a nice challenge. Isnt the objective to keep the wrists up from bending back/radial deviation though? Iam "showing off" and having fun by bringing that type of weight to middle of my head for a single. It would be virtually impossible using a short hanky and that weight to keep wrists straight up to middle of head. Ok Thanks i see, i wasnt sure if you did all yours sets like that. It would be a great arm wrestling training exercise. Ill have to have a try.
