On the left is an easy double stamped #3.

On the right is a brand new fresh out of the packet #3 which is much harder.

My two CoC3s are 7.5mm and 7.8mm

The wider one is at 151 RGC and at that width I wonder if I'll ever close it lol

Agreed!! I'm actually attempting it tomorrow or Sunday. See how far I can take it. Last year I took it 5mm before closing on my first attempt ever. I think I'm gonna post it now lol

I would say the one on the left.

It seems like the older ones are a lot harder

I can close the one on the left and I can't close the one on the right (the new one)

The 1996 #3 I have has a 3 inch handle spread. These grippers are what created the "Set " rule so that small hands could get a grip on it.
