Big steve managed a near complete bend of the Red at Rick Walker's contest this summer, using this style. I have never seriously tried Eric's or Pat's style, but some very good bends have been made in all three styles. I think Pat's is the most painful, though. It hurt so much the one time I have tried it, that I haven't tried again. bender Posted October 30, 2003 Share Posted October 30, 2003 It's true that people have commented that my style looks different from Pats, but this is probably due to the nature of the pictures on my page, but a video of me bending would look identicle to a picture of Pat bending.
