Two out of the four bends were a 1/4 shorter to increase the intensity of the session without changing the steel or the biomechanics of today's bends."

Ole' Puller
"Today's rewarding session was all about keeping the training program fresh. My goal range over the past few months has been 8 inch bends but I've found it useful to throw in a few bends here and there that are a bit longer and a bit shorter to keep my body and bends fresh. I found the 8.5" bend to be very comfortable and the 7.75" equally so but of course a lot tougher. All in all, these two bends provided me with both a good stretch along the shoulder and upper back region and the right amount of positive physical stress I was looking for."

It’s seriously my favorite thing in the world. Order the wrist developer and beginners steel bending from David Horne. You could do some damage to steel. @Ole' Pullerkeep up the good work. I always look forward to reading your logs.

" the guard says * yeah, so ? * and the guy waiting growls * withouut anyy milk... >. > " been a while since i saw that one everything is playing out mighty fine. thank you kindly for asking! i'm creeping slowly toward my current milestone. very exciting

Ole' Puller
"11/32 x 8/ 12L14 CRS in one and a half wraps" . For today's session I decided to continue progressing towards gradual increases in double overhand bending strength by reducing the double wraps to one and a halves for this bend and it felt pretty good!"

I hope not brother but my shoulders needed a little break but I'm low on stock so I'm placing an order for 20 tall dukes and probably some other steel from another source for training. I want to work with the 11/32 1018 and get a feel for it, see how fast I can finish it.

Ole' Puller
"Here's a training session I completed yesterday evening after work. I'm going well on my road to the tall duke and tough 303 SS is paying off but it felt really great to finish off with a bend on a 207k G8! I'll never get over how tough these guys are, they're always challenging and pleasing to finish. The icing on the cake was the Kerckhaert SX7... I love horseshoe bending and after I bend the tall duke I have a few shoes I'll be focused on. It was my first HS bend in months and damn it felt good!"

Ole' Puller
"Holiday kinks" • Double wraps (IMP's and BBW's) • 5/16 x 8 hex/ shaved to 9/32 in the center "After some stretching and chest crushes with a heavy gripper, I did a little kink work on some modified hex bars. Steel is on the way so I got a bit creative for today's session. The kinks felt great and I could've shaved a little less with the same outcome... Next time, very grateful!"

Ole' Puller
"Today's session combined double overhand bending & braced bending. Steel will be here shortly so I can resume regular training but in the meantime I enjoyed a bit of kink work on some modified hex bars followed by some braced bending on a few 3/8 x 8 g2 bolts & an fbbc 5/16 x 7 square. For the D.O. kink work I used IMP's and BBW doubles and the braced bends were wrapped up in 4 x 15 leathers."
