Ole' Puller Posted December 6, 2021 Share Posted December 6, 2021 "Kink work" • 155kg Noble Force bar in doubles • Filed headless Edgins in doubles (5/16 x 6.75) "Today's bending session was all about the kink .. it's my weak point so I double wrapped a stiff as hell bar from Noble Force and 3 filed headless Edgins and went to work. The filed Edgins are still very stout and good for about 110-120° or they'll probably snap on me, so for kink training they'll work just fine and I can reuse them for both double underhand and reverse grip training where a 40° or greater bend is required. They at that point will be hardened a bit but should be safe to work with. As for the 155kg bar, I'll finish it off with progressively less wraps.
