For the past year or so ive had mild outer elbow tendonitis, not bad enough to stop me training but uncomfortable and sore after workouts. It seems pinch training was the culprit. I recently stopped training pinch whilst a thumb webbing skin tear healed and just focused on thick bar and wrist work.
