Ole' Puller Posted November 17, 2021 Share Posted November 17, 2021 "Bend of the day" (11/17/21 • 145kg Noble Force bar • Russian calibration • Sweep only • First hit in singles: Not much movement • Second hit in doubles: Got it moving • Third hit in singles: Moved a bit more "Today's bending session wasn't as prosperous as I would've wanted but I refused to yield and I did what I had to do to keep things moving along. After wrapping up in single IMP's, I failed to get the movement I needed. Between work hardening and the toughness of the bar I simply failed to complete the sweep in single wraps like I planned. I wasn't daunted by this but somewhat disappointed, nonetheless I had to press forward so I got the bar moving in doubles which felt good. On the third and final hit I went back down to single wraps and got a little more travel.
