Incredible blob lifting by Zach. I know grippers are popular as are inch style lifts so I'm glad to see a gripster really pushing the blob type lifts and keeping it relevant. I've never trained with blobs but they always seemed like one of the best ways to build strong hands(could be wrong though).

Up next is Blobzilla as soon as I can find one.

Have you ever tried that red pill blob? Jedd had a couple videos about it and it looked extremely challenging.

@Bigfoot Grip Yeah The Red Pill is very tough. I haven’t been able to lift it yet. I have one so it’s on my list of lifts I’m after. Don’t get me wrong the weight and the width already make it a tough lift but the paint is so slick and there’s no texture for it to really hold chalk. So we will see if I can find a Blobzilla and I’ll see which of those two lifts I can pull off first.

Hi Zachary, where do you find all of the blobs you've picked up?
