Emmanouil Marizas Posted October 16, 2021 Share Posted October 16, 2021 Very excited for my new hobby My first ever steel nail (6mm diameter/18cm length) bended double underhand kinda easily in around 21''. From today a new history of a very interesting feat of strength will start being promoted and developed in Greece! Steel bending is officially the newest part of Armlifting Greece. Have to work on the technique and details now. You look very powerful, but be careful not to over due it in the beginning.. I'm not Greek, but i'm Greek by association...
