stranger
A few hub feats from about 8 years ago that I compiled into one video. Gonna try and meet/exceed these feats once I get my deep dish 45's but we'll see how that goes.

That is Some serious Hub wizardry.

Londonjoseph
Hubbing is my favorite. I wanna get into shallow hubbing for sure. Snatching a shallow 35lb plate would be cool

stranger
Got my Rogue Deep dish 45's a few weeks back. Tried to lift them and they just felt slippery so I left them alone for a little over a month. Today I decided to try them again and got them for a bunch of lifts. Gonna add some weight to them next time.

I can't get mine to hold chalk. 1

At first mine didn't take to chalk either but after a few weeks of not touching them at all the chalk started to stick. I always chalk my hand then use my hand to chalk the hub (if that helps). Hope that helps! Side note, these plates are beautiful, right?

jculpepper
Just now, stranger said: Thanks man! Hope that helps! Side note, these plates are beautiful, right? Yeah they are great it almost seems a shame to chalk them all up. Lol but such is the life of a gripaholic. Yeah mine are only like 2 weeks old every time I lift I rub off the old chalk and then rechalk. That is what I did with my LBH and crusher. Then one day it just started sticking. I guess I just need some patience. Thanks for the encouragement.

Londonjoseph
72.8lb ironmind hub. Getting better after a small break. I am going to take harri tolonen's advice and do more reps while trying to have less spin.
