She grabbed without even warming up, set it, and bam! Crushed it down! She was jumping up and down and was so happy-it was cool just to see that excitement for a #1! Sandi has yet to get consistent with shutting the trainer, she has u'd cold rolled 3/16"x5" however with the underhand technique. Still trying to get consistent with the 20hex block but she has put it overhead several times. She seems a natural at wrist plate curling doing a few sets of 6-10reps with a 10lb plate is easy for her. Can't wait to tell her about Amy's progress!!
