Clay Edgin Posted October 1, 2003 Share Posted October 1, 2003 And I slammed it shut! With two hands of course. This thing is a monster. It looks like a big Mack Truck sitting on my desk. Like any true grip freak, the first thing I did was inspect the coil and compare it visually with my Elite, and then measure the distance between the handles. Thankfully, my handles are set at 2 7/8" on the BBSE. The BBE's handles are 2 5/8" which I have a hard time setting. Larger spreads seem to work for me. I emailed Bill Ennis and thanked him for the gripper and said that once I shut this I'll be walking around town with a cape and a big red S on my chest!
