Alawadhi Posted November 28, 2020 Posted November 28, 2020 Easy buddy! Well done. A question, is the 25's harder than the 45's? Yeah I saw it being harder, but you used your left hand. If you switched the hands, would it been harder? Quote Read about me in my biography. I've never touched them, but due to big difference in width they just seem two different lifts. Great lifting for sure! 1 Quote

Due to their width, they are way harder for me. This exactly...the 4" width of the OSY I have broken them off the ground about 8-10 times but my best lift is ~3" off the ground while I have hit a broken triple with the 2x25kg and have done 2x25kg + 5lbs in plate mates. So like Jesse said it depends on the person, I believe the 2x25 is harder for Jedd or people with larger hands. 3 Quote 2014 NAGS 93kg Champion 2018 NAGS 93kg and Overall Champion Sledge Choke WR Pickaxe WR Pinch Block Curl WR FBBC 2.5 Jug WR Certs FORMER- Ironmind: Red Nail Roster, Crushed to Dust Mash Monster: MM0, MM1
