My trainig routine both with crusher and pinch blocks: 1st set - 65%1PM for 20 reps, 2nd set - 75%1PM for 15 reps, 3rd set - 80-85% for 10 reps. I heard than Laine Snook trained in way like this (but 1-2 high reps sets with the crusher). What do you think about my routine? Thanks in advance. Not sure how long you've been training, but in my opinion, your volume is way too high to see increases in grippers. I suggest training grippers like a Powerlifter trains Bench Press, like in my ebook, Cadence Based Training. This product us based on the training I did to go from failing on Mash Monster 3 like ten times, to not only certifying on it, as well as MM4, shortly after. http://thegripauthority.com/gripper-training-program.htm All the best
Alex0204
Hi, a lot of lifters do low reps... But what do you think about this? Laine Snook - 20 reps with rolling handle Adam T Glass - 21 reps with v-bar: Kody Burns - 15 reps euro pinch:
