Alawadhi
So Khaled proposed to invite two friends of his to my gym. One is a Cameroonian gym trainer. Not a big guy at all. Maybe weight 90 to 95 at best, but is tall. Around 6'5". Hands is between my hands and Khaleds. More towards mine. Not thick at all and his thumb pad is small. But boy, Cameroonians can grip! The second one is I think AbdulGhafoor. Don't remember his name. He is Pashtun Afghan that is a son of a garage owner and helps his father doing mechanical work. He unfortunately disn't come had someone else coming up. But boy, Khaled told me he is taller than him a lot. So 6'3" plus. And Khaled send me their hand size comparison, the Afghan hands were bigger! But not as thick. Hopefully next time he comes. Africa is a very strong continent. If they eat well, rest well, train right, WR's will fall. They just need correct education.

I live in the UK where there are a lot of black people and I must say, most of the guys I have walked past are either thick, tall or both - with huge hands. Look like complete units and probably don’t even workout. Obviously Africa is large, so any gifted strength could depend on region, Cameroon for example. I definitely think if Africa in general was a bit wealthier, we would see much more high level black strength athletes, or athletes in general. Fist of Fury
6 hours ago, Hopefully said: Maybe black people have a high propensity for grip strength. West african people have high propensity for having a lot of quick twitch muscle fibres. Don't know how it would relate to grip strength in specific but it should help with strength. Just look at all major finals in the 100 dash. Every single one originates from west africa. Occasionally you'll see one asian or one white guy there but they never last on that level. Maybe, but I never notice anything spectacular walking through areas with Scottish/other people, and that’s in Scotland!
