Alawadhi
So Khaled does every Saturday few attempts on the CoC #2.5 which Jonas @Griparn gave him. He sent me a clip We trained tonight again. Started by deadlifts, then should presses, grippers, thick bar, blobs, thin pinch, Arm Wrestling, sledge hammers and cooling down. Here are some attempt and more on my YouTube channel. Grip nerd's should get spoilt watching Khaled easily doing WC feats.
Griparn
It’s hard to grasp how hard the feats are. Found this video of Brian Shaw and Eddie Hall. They start with the Millenium around 16:20 in. https://m.youtube.com/watch?v=Qguqcyzi-WI&t=1284s Thanks for sharing, @Alawadhi

Brian Shaw world strongest man 4 times with 9 inch hands will not match up to Khaled here. The thick bar session was approximately 25 minutes. Khaled got in total 17 reps and many half reps (both hands). He then of course did the Millennium trainer with added 10 pounds for many reps. 2 hours ago, Florian Kellersmann said: Thanks for sharing the Video again, Bader! Doesn't Khaled also have a 9 inches long hand? Edited October 15, 2020 by Maiche

What I mean is Khaled isn't world strongest man 4 times, 200+ KG,...etc. But he is already ahead of him in grip. Well not really, Khaled needs to lift the 150 york blob before saying he has a better grip than Shaw. But you got the point. 1
Maiche 25
Ok thank you, Khaled has incredible hands, 9 inches hands is in the overwhelming majority of cases a man's hand of 6.5 foot minimum and therefore with long fingers. Brian's fingers are not very long for his size, so he already has a very exceptional hand...But Khaled has even shorter fingers which will give him an advantage for the grippers and we can considerate he has a bigger hand than Brian who like Mark Felix is probably penalized by the length of his fingers (in the case of Mark Felix the fingers are really extremely long and the hand is even bigger).
