coffeegrip
Here’s a list of everything I’ve acquired or made over the past year: Crush: -CoC T, 1, 2, 2.5, 3 Pinch: -2, 2.5, and 3” pinch blocks -AASS 2” Thumb blaster Thick bar: -Blue Fat gripz -Loading pin/2” V-bar Wrist: -Homemade 2” PVC wrist wrench -Sledgehammer (I think it’s an 8lb) I also have 15 & 20kg bars, dumbbells, and thousands of pounds of metal and bumper plates. I’m aware that one doesn’t need everything under the sun to be successful, but... In particular, I wonder if my thick bar arsenal may be lacking? Should I consider an axle or maybe a thick loadable DB handle? I like the idea of having a steel/metal thick bar option and not being limited to rubber Fat gripz. eman
I guess it depends on your goals... Are you trying to compete in overall grip then I would try to add some blobs and a rolling thunder to the collection. If your goal was to cert on the 3 for example I would start adding some rgc rated grippers between where you are now and where you want to be. From what you currently have I would recommend you check out threads on Adam Glass and follow him on Instagram - he would be a good source of advice and/or Jedd Johnson. Good luck - I wish I had some metal plates now but Corona almost impossible to find

Maybe you could purchase a rolling handle, it has a big carryover to the open hand implements. Go for a handle that spins a lot! Other than what you currently have would be just for fun.
