Magnus and Henry would be good too but I doubt it. John Brookfield Edited September 22, 2003 by mattvanweele

Rob Vigeant
Grip Medley: -MEN-140 pounds per hand on PDA farmers WITHOUT handles. Center knurling and 2.5 inches in diameter for 25 yards. set-downs allowed. Rick is this correct? How many guys do you think can actually do this? Its as hard as doing two 152 inch replicas 75ft at the END of the tournament.
Rick Walker
Not really. I suck at thick bar and I have no trouble doing this. The bars are knurled and very sharp- This will be an extra event and will not count towards the point total. A prize will be given for best time. Rob Vigeant
Rick are you talking about deadlifting them then bracing them against your pants and walking or away from your body and walking?
Rob Vigeant
Rick how about the hub lift for an event or one hand pinch? also the bomb lift is that going to be gripping only the upper half?
austinslater
I would like to see the hub or ironmind pinch block, then those that cant attend can compare. but the bomb is a pretty cool piece of equipment too Austin
Jonathan McMillan
Rick, This year's contest will only have 5 rounds will we have access to the equipment again for warmups? Jon@han
Dan Cenidoza
Will the women get prizes too? Do you know of any other women competing other than Amy? Jess hasn't really shown a whole lot of interest but I think I'd be cool to get her involved.
