New Rehab Training Idea?

I was at work today and someone had a Nerf football (don't ask). So I grab it and starting mashing it with my hands and eventually with just one thumb and 1 finger, ect. and after about 15 minutes of this my hands were full of blood and ready to go....can't wait to get home for grip tonight.

Smitty-doesnt sound like a bad idea. Seems like something good to do inbetween workouts to pump some blood into the area. Thanks for the tip.

Excuse me for the question but what is a Nerf Football? :erm

Try to explain please otherwise i don't know what i'm asking for,

Yes, they work very well. I've had a mini-nerf football for years that I use usually when I'm riding a stationary bike or something like that.
