mcalpine1986 Posted October 22, 2019 Posted October 22, 2019 Great work. That last set of 32 reps looked intense. I bet your forearms was pumped! Ive never actually tried them before but Im going to add them into my program, They look tough. How do you normally train them? I.e. sets and reps, frequency etc? Darrin S Posted October 22, 2019 Author Posted October 22, 2019 Awesome work Adam. You keep pushing the limits on the plate curl. My best on the 35lb plate curl right now is 7 total reps with right hand. 2,2,2,1 My left hand is still at the 33lb plate curl. Again very cool Adam. 1 1 Quote Darrin Shallman Youtube channel http://www.youtube.com/user/Deadlift165?feature=mhee
