Battle Preperation

Saturday was my last training day. I tested myself on all events-did fairly well considering I was at about 75-80%. i figured my openers out anyway.

Afterwards I went to my chiropractor who adjusted my hands and wrists. wow. Lots of popping and grinding. He also gave me some cream with glucosamine in it.

Sunday I did 500 total reps with my #T-all slow sets of 10 with the last one held for 30 seconds. Then used my Chinese meditation balls for about an hour. Next up was a good soak in hot cold water.

Today will be more of the same-except I will do a ton of very light, high rep singles with my thumb cable.

Wednesday I will get adjusted again and most likely get my back done as well.

Goal is to have 1500 reps with the #T by Wednesday.

Hands are already feeling tight and strong. Come the middle of the week and I wil be chomping at the bit big time.
