gerryg
I was thinking about buying this book!I just want to know if John Brookfield writes about CofC grippers in this book?
MIKE HALEY RILEY CLOE
I own both of Johns grip books, and to be honest , i think Mastery of Hand Strength has more useful workout tips and exercise. I especially like the charts he has for specific types of grip training. Dont get me wrong the Gripmasters Manual is an awesome book also, but if you have to pick one go with Mastery of Hand Strength. They both have sections on grippers, but for me personally i found the exercises in the first book better. Mike
