The gym closes @4pm Sunday’s fyi. For nonmembers of the MF you will have to cover your gym drop in fee of $10 paid at the front desk to the business owner. the crew brings lots of gear- IM, FBBC, AA, SG etc. You’re welcome to show up as you are or bring out whatever weird stupid thing you love to lift.
