Bill Piche
From the PDA Site: "Torsion Spring Grippers (TSGs), Tools For Exercise and Demonstrating Strength, The Facts" is now available. TSGs consists of nominally 40 pages on the background of and current research on torsion spring grippers. Here is what it covers: "Contents Disclaimer Purpose Chapter 1 The Historical Origin of Hand Grip Tools Chapter 2 The Most Popular Models of Grippers Chapter 3 How This Book Came About Chapter 4 The Gripanator Emerges Chapter 5 Back To The Grindstone Chapter 6 From Shotgun To Precision Chapter 7 Full Closure Appendix" We did not start out to do TSG research. It evolved as a result of discovering TSG issues while actively pursuing a 4-closure project. The path led us through the field of widely varying dimensions, undocumented or supported ratings, wire sizes and materials, and configuration details and their implications. TSGs is the whole story complete with background, how events unfolded, data tables, and photos. TSGs is available free to our existing PPC SOS owners ONLY at this time. It will be available free to future SOS owners when the 243 line is introduced. Hardcopy S&H is free with an order of anything it will fit in. Existing PPC SOS owners can email for a free electronic copy. This offer is a reward for our supportive clients. The terms are explicit. Requests for exceptions will not be entertained and will not receive responses.
Incindium
Woah that ebook is pretty cool. I emailed PDA and was sent a link to it a few minutes later. Anyone who bought a SOS gripper needs to email them and get your copy. I just skimmed the ebook so far but it's definitally going to be a good lunchtime read
OldGuy
I have just read it. John is a very good writer. I enjoy reading anything he writes, even technical stuff.
