db2000
I can only MMS a #3 at the moment so I am a little bit away from making the call. As a guide at what point should I think about certifying on a 3. When you can CCS close a very hard RGC #3 or harder gripper (ie GHP 8)? When you can perform 2 or more reps CCS of an average #3? You can close an RGC #3 easily any day of the week? I am trying to figure out what grippers to buy next that will make me confident. I only have an old double stamped #3 that hasnt been rated Thanks
Royz
Personally I would want to be able to CCS a very hard #3, like rgc160 everytime I try it, just to be sure. You don't want to get a nasty one and not be able to close it.
jchapman
In addition to the answers above, I would also add: 1) MMS a #3.5 and 2) When Randall decides you are ready.
