Sybersnott
Why don't you ask Sybersnott? Wait a minute... THAT'S ME!! You can get the SW from Joe Kinney. Here's his address: Joe Kinney P.O. Box 32 Bean Station, TN 37708 He doesn't have an email or web address, so you'll haffta snail mail him. The price... I think I paid $150 + S&H, but again... that was years ago, so write him and ask him the details on it. I don't recommend the SW for beginners training grip. Your best bet would be to get the grip machine from NYB. It's an excellent plate loader for beginners; I got started on this grip machine. Sorente
Can Hold Up to 150 lbs. Is that realy enough?
Sybersnott
No, you're right... it isn't. That's why I call it a beginner's grip machine - and at 150 pounds it would be just right for a beginner. Remember too, you can do one-hand holds on it.
