Increasing the span of your hand

I cam across this video by clay edgin who was able to get a pretty significant increase in his hand span with some deep tissue work. I have noticed my mobility in my hands is awful. Other then spending money on deep tissue work I was wondering if any of you know of some good stretching exercises or mobility work I can do at home? I have heard dexterity balls might help with mobility I'm wondering if that would possibly help increase my hand span. I have noticed that the extra grip work I have been doing my hands have been getting really tight when doing basic daily activities with my hands like typing or using a screw driver that I didn't notice as much before. I feel that by doing more mobility work it will help alleviate some of this cramping I am getting and improve my span.

Play piano.  I did as kid and can still open my thumb and pinky 180 degrees. Also hands are weak,  so just stretch and pull on them while watching TV and I bet you'd get significant changes.

Yes playing musical instrument defintiely helps. That's a daily stretching routine.

Thanks for sharing, Stephen! You can pick up a graston tool on Amazon for $20-50 and perform some DIY therapy as long as you don't go too hard near the bones ya know.

I'm a firm believer in hand mobility improving performance in grip.
