Super pleased to say that there are two Idaho competitions coming up at our gym, Competitive Edge Athletic Performance Center in Meridian, ID

November 18 - Idaho Armlifting Challenge

This is an Armlifting USA sanctioned event to help get some strong and interested people on the leaderboard. Events: RT, Silver Bullet, DOH and LBH.

December 30 - More details to come this week.

Just a heads up if there's anyone in the area I missed who loves themselves some grip.
