zstan3
What do you guys think of PDA's grippanator machine. Is the machine worth $255 or do you think it would be more for your money to go with the hardy handshake machine by iron mind. Also have you guy heard of the armworks forearm and grip machine (www.armworks.com) if so what do you think of the machine.
HAMMERHEAD
Is the Gripinator worth the $? If you ask anybody who has one their answer will probably be HELL YES! At least that is my response. I think it can lead you to any crushing grip goal. As far as the armworks machine I have no idea. I went to the website and learned basically nothing about the way it works or the price. On the surface it looks sketchy. I'd e-mail them, and learn more. If you got ?'s about the "G" read PDA's info on the site they tell you everything. Rememer the "G" is specifically designed to mimic a gripper as close as possible. -HH
wsm_fan_uk
Rememer the "G" is specifically designed to mimic a gripper as close as possible. Good point....one day maybe I'll own one of these. I like the thought that has gone into making the G hard to cheat at. The idea if putting it on castors seems like a good one. I can image using the IM machine I would end up deadlifting the weight into place.
RSW
I like mine, but it is very different than using a gripper, since the sweep is almost as hard as the close. Most people favor using it to train a partial range of motion or for negatives.
HAMMERHEAD
It is different; but it is about as close as you can get. The sweep is definitly harder.
