EricMilfeld Posted September 13, 2018 Posted September 13, 2018 My wife bought a few Foreverspin tops (copper, cast iron, and anodized aluminum). They’re fun and addictive and seem to favor finger strength for long spins. Of course control is equally important. My best time on the special base they sell, which is slightly concave, was 3:42 tonight. I’d equate that to a 173 gripper close - Mash Monster set. 😀 Does anyone else have one? The tungsten is the heaviest (and not cheap), and I suspect with the perfect spin I could approach 5 minutes. 1 Quote

But if you'd have gone 3:45 then it would easily be like a 3.5 CCS. 👊🏻😎 Ok, since you’ve actually closed a 173 with a MM set and I have not I’ll concede. Wait... but have you ever spun a cast iron top for 3 minutes plus? I will say the training is a lot easier than grippers, and chicks seem to appreciate top-spinning prowess at least as much as big gripper closes. Just sayin’... 2 Quote
EricMilfeld Posted September 18, 2018 Author Posted September 18, 2018 https://foreverspin.com/ I spun the cast iron one for exactly 4 minutes the other day. 😎 Quote
